A while back I gave a 1 star review because there were a few Bug problems that caused me to loose a LOT of coins. Contacting Customer support within the App was one of the problems. After contacting Uken directly via Google, Customer Support made the necessary corrections and restored my loss after reviewing my history. Remember to use your member ID when reporting a problem, and keep track of your correspondence.

Was one of my fav.games but I seem to be having the same problem,it shuts down in the middle of a game.

Love this version, can play straight and not get bored. Clever bonuses, good variety of games.

I love this game, but at the moment, it keeps telling me that I dont have enough cherries, which is not right! Please clear the problem. Its very frustrating!

Truly an enjoyable game; hands down the best bingo app that I have played. However there are beginning to be a few too many adds, which can cause so irritation.

I absolutely loved this game until it was changed to multi bingo. Why??? And the worst part is that the power ups that you buy are so random you have a less chance at winning even if you purchase a Premium Draw at 4500 coins. Its horrible now and I wish they would change it back. Or at least give you instant bingos and double daubs for the premium draw. Currently looking for a new bingo app

The game was fun and at least somewhat reasonable chance at winning. Now it costs a stupid amount of coins for any of the games and rare to win. This is just another opportunity to make money off people because they will constantly need coins. You are soulless and should be ashamed of yourselves.

I cant stand the new version. Multi bingo is ok, but its way too expensive to buy power ups for a game youre going to lose anyways.. You just cant win anymore. Change it back!!

The game doesnt always load properly. It also doesnt load the hourly allotment of cherries.

I absolutely love this game. I wish there was more ways to get cherries other than waiting for them to replenish.

Can you please put bingpop back to how it was? I run out of cherries so fast, I have 500+ that I cant use which is very frustrating! I hope Ill be listened.

The latest updates are awful! My suggestion is not to update. I used to play this game everyday. I think I might delete it now. Hope they switch it back and soon!
